Assemblage Experience WorkshopThis is my most popular workshop - I provide these black wooden compartmentalised boxes, together with a huge box of assorted items. After explaining the way I personally work with found objects I encourage the students to explore the objects to tell their own story. Once finished students are encouraged to photograph their creations before dismantling them. There is nothing to take home other than the experience and joy of creating something, plus the knowledge of an art form they may never have tried before - the photograph becomes the art work. |
