Forest Bathing Practices and Wild Weaving

As more and more scientific evidence shows,
there is so much benefit in us spending time out side,
enjoying nature and appreciating the simple things in life.
The Japanese people have been doing this for a long, long time
is it no coincidence that they have the longest life expectancy in the world.

Shinrin-yoku is the correct Japanese term for Forest Bathing, coined in 1980's
it is a simple way to relax your mind, revitalise your body, and rediscover your Self.
I will introduce you to some simple Forest Bathing techniques, called 'invitations'
which you will easily be able to use on your own at home.

For quite a while we have realised how important
being creative is to our mental health and well being.
Now we can have the best of two worlds - I have devised a workshop
where we can enjoy
both these activities side by side:
Forest bathing and Wild Weaving.
